1 Sachet Powdered Gelatine

1 Sachet Sugar free Jelly

3tbsp 0% Greek Yoghurt

Start by thouroughly mixing your sachets of jelly and your sachets of gelatine into 1/2 a pint of boiling water. Always add your gelatine to the liquid and not the liquid to the gelatine. |

Once this is well mixed, using about 1/4 of a pint, fill your chosen moulds halfway up and pop them in the fridge. |

Next add 3tbsp of 0% Greek yoghurt to the remaining gelatine and jelly mix and stir thouroughly. After about 20-30mins take your jellies out the fridge and add your yoghurty layer on top. I had left over mix so just added it to some large cupcake moulds I had about. Pop the lot back in the fridge for about and hour and they should be all done for you to Enjoy xoxo |
