Put weetabix into a blender and blitz down to a fine powder. Next add the other ingredients bar the postachios and blitz it all down. |

Pour mix into bowl and fold well to get in as much air as you can |

Next seperate into your cupcake cases, sprinkle on your pistachios and cook for 20 mins on 180°. Allow to cool. Quick, easy, healthy and to top it off pretty darn scrummy. Enjoy xoxo |
