Ingredients

2 Weetabix
2 Eggs
1 Carrot finely grated
5tbsp Sweetner
10 Pistachio Nuts Chopped
Banana Flavouring
Dash Milk

Banana & Pistachio muffins

So a nutty spin off from my chocolate weetabix muffins. They were so yummy I just had to give another flavour a whirl.

Done

Put weetabix into a blender and blitz down to a fine powder. Next add the other ingredients bar the postachios and blitz it all down.

Pour mix into bowl and fold well to get in as much air as you can

Next seperate into your cupcake cases, sprinkle on your pistachios and cook for 20 mins on 180°. Allow to cool. Quick, easy, healthy and to top it off pretty darn scrummy. Enjoy xoxo
