All I did was get some frozen cauliflower and some chopped up celery and boiled it in chicken stock until soft. While this is boiling away cook up some rashers of smoked bacon under the grill. |

Once the cauliflower and celery is done chuck the lot, along with the stock into a food processor and blitze it all down. |

I then added a little white pepper and 3 light laughing cow cheese triangles and blitzed it for a little longer to make sure it was super smooth |

Then just chop up your smoked bacon rashers and stir them through. I then added a little chopped fresh parsley when serving which really brought out all the flavours. Delish xoxo |
