Chocolate Weetabix Muffins

So another little healthy alternative for you. Chocolate weetabix muffins! Low fat and sugar free, what more can you ask for in a cake... Oh yeah they also taste great! Another added little bonus is their secret ingredient. A little extra snuck in veggie for good measures. Carrot!

They are great as they are but for a little extra something i put topping on mine. I mixed 0% Greek yoghurt and frozen berries mixed and put it in the freezer for about 5-10mins and topped the cakes with it. For this topping you will need to serve soon after making. Enjoy! Xoxo
