I just put my oats into a small mixing bowl, crack in an egg and add a small dash of milk. Next I put in 2tsp of cinnamon ,4tbsp of granulated sweetener and your 2syns of raisins (one of the 14g lunchbox style boxes) I mixed the lot together and then left it for 10 minutes. |

Once the time was up I spooned the mixture in to a baking tray lined with a silicone sheet. Greaseproof paper would also work but I find silicone a lot better to stop things sticking. I spooned the mixture to make as many biscuits as possible, I made roughly 4 or 5 decent sized biccies. |

Then I just popped them in the oven on 180° for 8 mins then I flipped them over and out them back in for another 10. |

Ive just made these for my breakfast this morning totally gorgeous so easy and for me syn free as I didnt add rasins, and had oats as my HE. Loving you page Emily
