Its a great little tasty one for the kids or for a novel idea to serve at a BBQ or bonfire night. Or just one for those of us who are trying to avoid bread and want something a little different. You can add whatever toppings etc you fancy. I personally went for the standard fried onions and ketchup. They were amazing! I imagine they would be super lovely with a drizzle of mustard as well. You could also try experimenting and adding other toppings like cheese, jalapeños, gherkins, relish etc. You really are only limited by your imagination! I served mine with carrot fries and home made coleslaw. A lovely healthy meal that the whole family can enjoy. xoxox
