Low Fat Sausage Rolls

A super quick and easy way to make really tasty low fat sausage rolls. They are great hot or cold so good for lunch boxes or picnics as well. My little one absolutely loved them and great knowing he was still eating something healthy.

Steps

1
Done

All I did to make them was get some low fat or reduced fat sausages, I personally used Slimming world pork sauasages for mine. I then just browned them off ever so slightly.

2
Done

While these are browning just get a Kingsmill wholemeal thin and squish it down a little. Put the sausage to one end and tightly roll them.

3
Done

Next place them on a baking tray sprayed with frylight, end of the wrap down, and spray liberally with frylight. Pop them in the oven for roughly 15-20mins on 180° and your done. Enjoy xoxo

Emily Boulden

Hello! So just a wee bit about myself! I'm Emily mother of 2 beautiful little men and partner to my 30 year old man child, haha. I'm a massive foody, Slimming world member and a former fatty! To date I have lost over 11 stone and am currently right were I want to be. I love experimenting with food and finding new ways to use different things. I'm a throw it in kind of chef but thought I'd share a few of my ideas and/or recipes. As well as a few piccies, I mean who doesn't like pictures of food, right?! XoXo
