Peanut Butter Banana Splits

A great little healthy snack or pudding. Is great for post workout snack as it's full of protein and good for energy! Also good for getting the kids to have more fruit. Bonus it just looks and tastes scrummy

I use PB2 in mine, have previously done a post on it, as it makes it more low fat. Which for me us a bonus. However you can also use ordinary peanut butter.

All I do is slice a banana down the middle, like a roll and then spread my peanut butter down the middle. You can then just add any sides, sauces or toppings you wish. I'm rather partial to the walden farms calorie free syrups on mine. Also I love a good little sprinkle of hundreds and thousands :-) To really get that banana split feel why not add a little light squirty cream. Hope you enjoy lovlies xoxo

Hello! So just a wee bit about myself! I'm Emily mother of 2 beautiful little men and partner to my 30 year old man child, haha. I'm a massive foody, Slimming world member and a former fatty! To date I have lost over 11 stone and am currently right were I want to be. I love experimenting with food and finding new ways to use different things. I'm a throw it in kind of chef but thought I'd share a few of my ideas and/or recipes. As well as a few piccies, I mean who doesn't like pictures of food, right?! XoXo
