Speedy Flour Free, Gluten Free Pancakes

So here's a quick one for when you just want a super speedy healthy snack or breakfast. It's high in protein and low in carbs, calories and fat. Also a little bonus, it's gluten free, great for anyone with any intolerances.

It's so simple to whip together. It's just 3 eggs beaten together with a liberal amount of sweetener, roughly 5-6 tbsp. You then just fry it in frylight or any oil of your choice. Then just top it with your pancake topping of choice. I love it with fruit and a Calarie free caramel sauce I found, will do a post on this little beauty soon!
