Super Simple Chicken Casserole

If your anything like me a quick easy dinner that's filling and can be enjoyed by the whole family is right up your street. Packet mixes can tend to rack up a few syns per portion so I set out to make a quick syn free alternative. I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did xoxo

Syn free and SP friendly

Serving wise it would go great with some good old syn free mash or if you are SP’ing it some carrot and swede mash would be a great alternative. Yummers!

Steps

1
Done

I just started by chopping my chicken into chunky pieces and then browning/sealing it.

2
Done

I then just literally chucked in and mixed all my other ingredients. Then I brought the lot to the boil and then reduced the heat to a simmer.

3
Done

I allowed this to simmer away nicely for roughly 30mins stirring it from time to time. Voilà!

I'm a throw it in kind of chef but thought I'd share a few of my ideas and/or recipes. As well as a few piccies, I mean who doesn't like pictures of food, right?! XoXo
