All I did was fry 2 onions and a small finely grated carrot, I'm all for hidden veggies :-) Once they had softened I added in a tin of chopped tomatoe and a tbsp of tomato puree. I then added a little garlic and a good drug of Lea & Perrins. I then just blitzed it all down adding in my fresh basil for the last 30 secs of blitzing. Enjoy xoxo |
