With food again and realise that we do all deserve to eat.
I was wondering about your treat nights, because it really frustrates me when people comment on your posts saying do
You really eat all of that. It obviously works for you and doesn’t make you put on weight so I don’t get the comments, however I was wondering if you had ever tried setting out your usual treat night snacks and foods and then eaten them throughout the week with out using your syns. So effectively you are eating the same but just more spread out. And then if that made a difference to your weight.
It’s a random question I know, but as I get better I am trying to challenge myself with foods but worried I would struggle if I felt I had to eat it all on one go, so was wondering if you had ever tried it over the course of a week and the effect that had on your weight.
Hi lovely, I am sorry to hear of your struggles with food. I too have in the past had food demons as such (undiagnosed anorexic tendencies) I know that the struggles to try and break the pattern. It means the earth to hear that I have in any way been able to help you with this 🙂
I haven’t actually tried spreading them across other days,not because I think it would work much differently, but because I know that if I allowed myself non-controlled treats as such I could easily fall back in to a pattern of over eating. For me I need to keep that level of control over my food. That being said I know a lot of target members that just allow themselves extra treats throughout the week and they still maintain. I hope that helps lovely.
