Low Fat Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Pie

So another little one for the healthy eaters among us. As we are all aware a good old pie is pretty much out of the question when looking for a healthy meal option. I have come across a healthier little alternative. A sin free creamy pie Diet what diet?!!

For the pie filling I just fried, chopped chicken breast, mushrooms and red onion in fry light. I then allowed this to cool slightly and added a very small amount of water a tbsp of quark and a little pepper. Then just heat it through gently.

The top is just 1/2 a kingsmill thin which I have brushed with egg and placed on a baking tray. I then cooked it for about 10mins on 200°.
Tasted pretty darn close to pastry and is probably more than quarter the calories and fat, if not more! Enjoy xoxo
