No bake cherry flapjacks

Syn free using HEXB

So recently I have found myself oven-less. Sad times indeed. So trying to find something low syn that gives me a cake fix just had to be made. These are super simple and so fast to make. Which for me is a super duper bonus

Shopping list

  • 35g of oats (hexb)
  • 1 egg
  • 5tbsp powdered sweetener
  • Splash of water (just enough to wet it)
  • Cherry food flavouring (20 drops when using Lakeland)

So basically it is as easy as this, mix all your ingredients together and separate evenly into silicone cupcake cases and pop them on a plate. Next you just pop them in the microwave on full power for about 2 1/2 mins. Then just allow them to cool and your good to go. Enjoy xoxo

  1. Thank you for your lovely recipes. I’m amazed at how much weight you’ve lost. I’ve done SW many times in the pay. Given up before reaching target but really desire to do so this time. Stuck at 2 stone loss. Been yoyoing for weeks now. Any tips?

Thank you for these recipes. I am a slimming world member and have lost 3st 10lb and feel so fantastic. I can’t imagine what it would be like to lose as much as you have lost but can certainly celebrate weight loss with you. As for Val Layton in another message I too seemed to stick around the 2-3stone loss. I recommend she try some SP days in her week. It certainly worked for me and I have found a new interest in speed foods. I haven’t tried your recipes yet but will this week. In group this week I got the Meals for One book and I am going to have a busy week trying some different recipes. Have to hit the shop first to get some ingredients but that won’t take long. Good luck and weight losses to all my friends in Slimming World.

  3. Hello,
I have just been received my 4 stone award. It has taken me 10 months to lose that final stone. It’s been tough, but I’m glad I stayed with it. What I have learnt is I have to keep carbs in check to lose weight, despite being told you can eat as much free food as you want, to satisfy your appetite, but let’s face it most of us are there because our appetite has no turn off switch. Weeks when I haven’t lost weight are when I’m more hungry and eat more carbs, weeks when I lose weight are when I limit carbs and try to incorporate some physical activity. In admit ion to this I have to cut back on syns, keeping to a maximum of 6, which also means saving them up to have all in one go does not work for me either.
