Salted caramel and Banana Oat Pizza

So I've seen these dessert pizzas being sold so thought I'd give making a healthy one a go. The outcome was scrumdidlyumptious!! It was also incredibly simple to make.

I just used 35g of porridge oats, 2 egg, 1 finely grated carrot, 5 tbsp sweetener, 4 tbsp of Walden farms chocolate syrup. Mixed all together poured into a cake tin big enough that it has only a thin depth. Baked in the oven for roughly 20 mins on 200°. I then allowed it to cool and topped it with Walden farms caramel syrup, which I did a post on previously. I added a large pinch of salt (to taste) and a chopped nana. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Felt so naughty eating it, haha xoxo

Emily Boulden

Hello! So just a wee bit about myself! I'm Emily mother of 2 beautiful little men and partner to my 30 year old man child, haha. I'm a massive foody, Slimming world member and a former fatty! To date I have lost over 11 stone and am currently right were I want to be. I love experimenting with food and finding new ways to use different things. I'm a throw it in kind of chef but thought I'd share a few of my ideas and/or recipes. As well as a few piccies, I mean who doesn't like pictures of food, right?! XoXo
