1 Chopped Toms (Tin)
1 Baked Beans (Tin)
1 Rinsed kidney Beans (Tin)
2 Carrot Large (grated
2tbsp Cumin
2tbsp(flakes) or 2tsp (powder) Garlic Flakes or Powder
1 Beef oxo Cube Veggy if vegatarian
1tbsp Tomato Puree
Chilli Powder (hot)

Carrot Chilli Con Carne

So a great family favourite but with a speedy twist. It contains no mince I've added in grated carrot as my mince substitute.

This recipe makes around 4  generous sized portions. I served mine on top of slimming world chips with jalapenos and my HExA allowance of cheese. It was amazeballs. I then used some my leftovers on a jacket the following day. Scrummy, quick and packed full of speed foods. What more can you ask for in a meal. Enjoy xoxo

Start by finely chopping 2 large onions and browning them off in your pan


Next add in a tin of chopped tomatoes, a tin of baked beans and a tin of rinsed kidney beans. Bring this to simmer before adding 2 large grated carrots. You will probably now need to put in some additional liquid.


Then add about 2tbsp of cumin, 2tbsp of dried garlic flakes (powdered garlic would also be fine), a beef oxo cube, 1tbsp of tomato puree and hot chilli powder to taste. Allow to simmer for about 10mins and your done.
