Hi Emily, I have been attending slimming world since last June and have lost just over 6 stone so far. I still have 6 stone left to lose and I seem to have lost my motivation for it. Did you have this? If so how did you change it. I have put a stone on in 3 weeks. The more I worry about it the more I eat. thanks xx
Wow 6 stone! That is an absolutely amazing achievement. You should be so proud.
My advice for regaining focus would be to go back to basics. It is so easy to get stuck in a rut and get bored or to fall into bad habits. try re reading through your book again and have a refresh. Maybe start to rewrite a food diary to keep your mind focused and stop that pesky picking which becomes so easy. it may also make you change things up and re excite you with Slimming World. Another great motivator is to try and re-remind yourself of why you started and how far you have already come.
