These work out as 1/2syn each. They would also be great healthier alternative for the kiddies. Low fat and sugar free what more can you ask for.

First of all, preheat the oven at 180ºc. Then separate 3 eggs and whisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks. |

In a separate bowl mix your egg yolks, 30g of sweetener, 1-2 tsp of banana flavouring, pending in your tastes, and 30g of self raising flour. Mix it until it is all combined well. The mixture can get quite tough so keep adding bits of the egg white until it becomes smoother and easier to whisk. |

Next, gently fold in the rest of the egg whites, pour into a lined tin or muffin cases (mix will need to make 12 to be 1/2 a syn). |

Then bake for about 15-20 minutes. I then waited for them to cool before topping with sweetened quark and a banana slice. Enjoy xoxo |
