Something a bit different for brekkie. Kind of inspired by the Starbucks all day breakfast pot, just a darn sight healthier. Tasted lush! A definite success and has the added bonus of a tonne of speed food in there 🙂

I started off by cooking my finely grated carrot in with my oats. This can either be done on the hob or in the microwave. Once cooked I just added in my grated apple and stired it all together. |

I then allowed it to cool for about 10mins and to thicken and before adding my muller light. You can then add any toppings etc that you fancy. Enjoy xoxo |
