So if you like me and love a good McDonald’s visit this will be right up your street. It smells and tastes just like the real thing but will save you around 25 syns and that’s not even including your fries

Just start by chopping your lean mince. I used around 500g to serve 3 people generously. |

Next finely chop 3 onions and a handful of pickled gherkins. Fry the lot off until the mince has browned. I then just drain off any excess fat and put the lot into a mixing bowl. |

To make this recipe 2 syns each person can have 2 tbsp worth of Kraft low fat thousand island dressing. I always mix it through instead of drizzling as I find this gives it the most authentic taste and stops the mince from being dry. So just add your 6tbsp of dressing to the mince and stir through. |

Then just spoon your mix onto a bed of iceberg lettuce And add 3 slices of Asda's reduced fat burger slices (HExA) I like mine chopped but you can leave them whole. I then just serve mine with a big ol' portion of SW chips. Poifect. Hope you enjoy xoxo |
