To make the sauce I just fried off 2 chopped small onions. I then added 2 tins of mushy peas, a tin of chopped tomatoes and a tin of baked beans and mix it all together. I then added in 2 tbsp of curry powder and 1 tsp of hot chilli powder. I allowed this to all simmer for about 15mins. I then put the lot in the blender and blitzed it all down. |

While the sauce is simmering just fry off some chopped chicken breast and a chopped onion and then add it to the blitzed sauce. I've had this on rice and chips and they are equally yummy |
