3 Chicken Breast
Large Handful Mushrooms
2 Onion
4tbsp 0% Greek Yoghurt (although natural yoghurt would also work)
300ml Boiling Water
1 Chicken Stock Cube
spinkle Tumeric
pinch Pepper
2tsp Garlic Powder

Creamy Chicken and Mushroom

This is such an easy fuss free meal which for me is just what I need

So this little recipe came about when I was experimenting away as I just really fancied something different to what I usually have. Also as I had a bust oven at the time, ideas experimenting with new ‘hob meals’. This is such an easy fuss free meal which for me is just what I need. It would work great served on chips or with rice or pasta.

I just started by chopping and Browning off my chicken, onions and mushrooms.


I then made up my chicken stock and added my Greek yogurt to it. Next I just added my seasoning to my yoghurty stock mix and poured the lot over my chicken. I then brought this to the boil and then turned it down to a simmer. I allowed this to simmer, stirring frequently, until the sauce had reduced. This took roughly 15 mins. Then just serve along side your chosen carb. It was so simple but really hit the spot. Enjoy xoxo
