75g Couscous

3-4tbsp Sweetner

100ml Semi Skimmed Milk

I simply just got my 75g of uncooked couscous and put it in to a bowl. I chucked in my 3-4tbsp of sweetener and 1tsp of vanilla extract. I then poured over my boiling water and stirred altogether, covered it and left to stand until the coucous had cooked and swelled. |

I then placed my cooked couscous in to a saucepan along with my 100ml of milk and brought it to the boil. I then allowed this to simmer for a 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the couscous had gone stodge and soaked up most of the milk. |

Then I took it off the heat and allowed it to rest for a few minutes before stiring in my fat free yoghurt. You can either serve it as it is or if you want to get in some speed food you could have it with some chopped fruit or berries. Nom. Hope you enjoy xoxo |
