As a chilli con carne lover myself, when I came across the idea of having this in a bake form in just couldn’t help but give it a whirl. For speed wise, working mum of 2, I used quorn for this one but I’m sure cooked lean mince would be equally add yummy. The recipe I have formed is quick, simple and uses creates hardly any washing up. Bonus!

So really simple just mix all your ingredients, bar the cheese, in a bowl. You could even mix this in your baking dish to save washing up further |

Once it's all thouroughly mixed put it in your baking dish and pop it in the oven on 180° for roughly 20mins. |

Then just take it out of the oven sprinkle your cheese on top and pop it back in for another 15mins. Then just dish up. Simple :-) The recipe would very comfortably serve 2. Hope you enjoy xoxo |
