Put weetabix into a blender and blitz down to a fine powder. Next add the other ingredients bar the poppyseeds and blitz it all down. |

Pour mix into bowl, add your poppyseeds and fold well to get in as much air as you can. |

Next seperate into your cupcake cases and cook for 20 mins on 180°. Allow to cool. They are quick, easy, healthy and to top it off They taste delish :-) Also a fab way to get some goodies into your little ones while they think they are just eating cake. Enjoy xoxo |
